Mum Sarah Defrates says that an addiction to $ex has ruined her life. The twice-divorced 47-year-old admits that her infidelities have destroyed her past relationships and badly affected her two sons when they were growing up.
Sarah, from Bristol, also says sex has helped her to ‘treat’ her bipolar disorder and it’s so effective at controlling her moods that she does not need to take any medication
